  • STEP 1.Grate potatoes in a bowl, now add cornflour, cumin, coriander leaves, some salt. Add sev, namkeen, oil and mix. Now prepare balls by making them in tikki shape. Now heat ghee in a pan and keep tikkis crispy on medium flame. And fry from both the sides till it turns golden. Now the crispy tikki is ready. Now put curd in the plate. Add dry ginger, coriander chutney, cumin powder. Add chaat masala, sev, salty, finely chopped green chilies. Now add coriander leaves and serve. .
