  • 1/4 cup Cup rice
  • 1/4 cup big cup tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2.50 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 g reen chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.38 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.13 cup Grapes
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala

Directions: #slurrp, #rice, Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2. Chopped tomatoes, onions, grapes, peas are ready for pulao.
  • STEP 3.3.Heat oil in a pressure pan, add black pepper, bay leaf, cumin.
  • STEP 4.4. Fry the onion till it becomes golden, add green chili turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and fry it.
  • STEP 5.5.Add tomatoes, peas, grapes and fry them. Mix pav bhaji masala, garam masala, salt.
  • STEP 6.6. Add soaked rice and water.
  • STEP 7.7. Pulao is ready. Garnish with Tomato, Onion, Coriander. Serve Vegetable Pulao with Salad, Pickle or Raita.
