STEP 1.Boil the potatoes. Peel the boiled potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
STEP 2.Once the oil is hot, add boiled potatoes and fry them till they become light golden. Then take them out in a plate and keep them.
STEP 3.Now fry bay leaves, cloves, onions, ginger, tomatoes, cardamom and cashew nuts, black pepper in the same oil.
STEP 4.Switch off the flame when it becomes golden and take it out. Mix green chili, and ginger and grind it well.
STEP 5.Heat the oil, as soon as the oil is hot, add cumin seeds.
STEP 6.Once the cumin seeds are roasted, add the prepared paste and prepare the gravy.
STEP 7.As soon as the paste starts leaving the oil, add turmeric, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix it well. Add cream, add butter.
STEP 8.Once it comes to a boil, add fried potatoes and cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Once the gravy thickens, add kasoori methi and mix and turn off the flame.
STEP 9.Dum Aloo Spicy Vegetable is ready. Dum Aloo can be served with cumin rice, paratha, naan.
