Ingredients for Makhaniya lassi Recipe

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • as required Dry fruits - almonds
  • As Required For Ganishing Raisins
  • 4 tsp Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tsp Thread saffron
  • 4 tsp crushed sugar
  • As Required cursed ice
  • As Required Rose water

Directions: Makhaniya Lassi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak saffron in rose water.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl, add curd, cardoamom powder, chilled milk, rose water with saffron, crushed sugar. Mix it well with mathni/hand masher.
  • STEP 3.Add crushed ice to this. Mix well.Mix cream, cold milk, almond slices. Lassi is ready.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with Makhaniya Lassi Butter Dry Fruits and serve.
  • STEP 5.Yummy 'Makhaniya Lassi' is ready to be served.
  • STEP 6.Take serving glasses, pour the lassi.
