Now add ghee, some vegetable oil in the pan, heat it, add the spices, add the fried onions and fry till it becomes light. add and mix well Add potatoes, cover and cook on sim flame for 1-2 minutes! Put green onions in the serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with parathas, roti!
