Ingredients for Potato masala fry Recipe

  • 2.50 nos Potatoes
  • 1/4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp saunf powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As required Some dry leaves of kasoori methi
  • 0-1/4 tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 tbsp fresh malai
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard oil

Directions: Potato Masala Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.After peeling the potatoes cut each into half & par boil just for 2-3 min.
  • STEP 2.Prepare cornflour liquid mixing with water dip potatoes.Heat oil in a kadai add potatoes & fry.
  • STEP 3.When it turns little brown add salt,red chilli & turmeric powder combine well.
  • STEP 4.Then add saunf powder,garam masala powder and mix.Now pour curd while stirring continuously on high flame
  • STEP 5.After this add malai,mix and cook on low flame
  • STEP 6.Pour kasoori methi.Cook on low flame if required add half katori water& cook till oil comes out of this masala gravy.
  • STEP 7.Masala potatoes are ready.Transfer this to a serving dish garnish with some more Kasoori methi and serve with Naan or chapati
