Modaks are sweet dumplings that are filled with grated coconut or jaggery.
Modaks are Lord Ganesha's favourite foods so much so that he is also known as 'Modapriya.
STEP 1.Take a bowl --Put maida and salt ghee in it . Mix well.Add little milk and make a dough like balushahi.,Keep rest for few minutes.
STEP 2.Take a bowl --Put Coconut powder , roasted dry fruits,and grated jaggery in it Mix well ,
STEP 3.Now make a small round shape roti. Fill the mixture in it .Make a shape of modak ,
STEP 4.Heat ghee in a kadahi.,Fry modak till golden brown ,yummy modaks are ready .
