STEP 1.Wash the rajma, chana dal and soak it overnight separately, add salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp mustard oil and boil it, now make a tomato paste! Now put 2-3 spoons of ghee in a pan and heat the spices, Add bay leaf, dahin, spices, salt, Kashmiri chillies and fry!Now add tomato paste! Add asafoetida, spices, salt, Kashmiri chillies and fry! Now add a spoon of ghee, sugar and fry till the spices leave the oil! Now add water to the masala rajma, add kasoori fenugreek, cover the cooker and apply 2-3 whistles! Now add garam masala, mango powder and mix! Now put in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti, paratha, rice!
