STEP 1.Wash & peel potatoes. Soak in cold water for 10 min.
STEP 2.Wash & grate finely & squeeze out all water & extra starch from potatoes. Put into a bowl, add black pepper powder, salt, Eggs & cheese mix together properly.
STEP 3.Place a butter paper into a baking tray & brush some Olive Oil, put the prepared potato mixture & spread evenly with a spatula.
STEP 4.Place into a pre heated Oven & bake at 180°c for 20 min.
STEP 5.In the meantime let's prepare the filling. Heat Oilve Oil in a pan, add chopped Onion, soute slightly, add chopped bellpeppers, capsicum & soute for a min. After that add boiled soya granuales, adjust salt & cook for 2 min. Add chopped jalapeno peppers & 'Spice Story Pizza Sauce' & pizza herbs. Mix together properly. Filling is ready, keep aside.
STEP 6.After 20 min. take out the potoato crust from the Oven. Peel out the butter paper. Spread 'Spice Story Pizza Sauce' all over the potato Crust, then spread evenly prepared fillings & grated Mozzarella cheese & sliced black Olive on top, sprinkle some pizza seasonings & chilli flakes. Roll out gently. Now spread 'Spice Story Pizza Sauce' on top of the roll, sprinkle some grated Mozzarella cheese, top with chopped fresh parsley, chopped red bell peppers & sliced black Olives & sprinkle some pizza herbs & chilli flakes.
STEP 7.Bake again at 180°c for another 10 min. or until melt the Cheese nicely.
STEP 8.Cut the pizza roll into thick pieces & serve immediately.
