0.33 cup Onion thinly sliced
0.08 Cup Boiled green peas
0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
0.33 tbsp Garlic paste
0.33 tsp Ginger paste
0.08 cup Blanched Cashew nuts paste
0.33 tbsp Coriander powder
0.33 tsp Cumin powder
0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
0.33 tbsp Roasted Besan(gram flour)
0.33 tsp Kichen King masala
0.33 tsp Roasted Kasoori methi powder
0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
as required Fresh coriander leaves
0.67 tbsp white oil

STEP 1.Boil Eggs, remove egg shells & cut into 2 pieces, fry slightly with pinch of salt & red chilli powder & keep aside.
STEP 2.Heat Oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, after crackling, add sliced Onion, sautee until translucent. Add Ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Kitchen King masala, roasted Besan & salt to taste. Cook all spices together properly. Add Cashew paste, boiled matar & cook until Oil separate from masalas. Add water as required. Gravy consistency should be semi thick. Sprinkle roasted Kasoori methi powder, garam masala powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
STEP 3.Pour the prepared gravy into a serving dish & arrange the fried Egg pieces in the gravy.
STEP 4.Enjoy this recipe with pulao, Tawa roti or Naan.
