0.13 cup Oats flour
0.13 cup Whole wheat flour
as required water
3/4 Pieces Egg
0.06 cup Chopped onion
0.06 Cup Chopped green capsicum
0.06 cup Chopped red bellpeppers
0.06 cup Chopped yellow bellpeppers
0.06 cup Finely chopped french beans
0.06 cup Grated carrots
0.06 cup Chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp chopped green chillies
0.06 cup Boiled sweet corn kernels
1/4 tbsp Dried oregano
1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
to taste Salt
1/2 tbsp Milk
3/4 tbsp Oil

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add oats flour, wheat flour, salt & add water as required, mix together & knead a soft dough. Cover & rest the dough for 30 min.
STEP 2.Break Eggs into a mixing bowl, add all chopped veggies along with Chilli flakes, Dried Oregano, Garlic powder & salt, add milk & mix together properly.
STEP 3.Knead again the rested dough, make some equal balls from the dough.
STEP 4.Coat each balls with flour & roll out in large circles around 8-9 inch in diameter.
STEP 5.Heat a tawa, cook each rotis in both sides on medium flame until brown spots appears.
STEP 6.Pour spoonful of egg mixture in the centre of the roti, slightly spread. Fold carefully on four sides of the roti like envelopes.
STEP 7.Dazzling some oil all over it. Flip & spread some oil & cook other side until crisp & golden brown. Once it starts to puff up remove it from the heat.
STEP 8.Make all baida roti followed by same method.
STEP 9.Cut into square pieces & enjoy with any sauces or dips or chutneys.
