  • 83.33 Gm Chicken
  • 0.17 Tsp Black papper
  • As Required salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsps Corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp Maida
  • 0.67 Tsps Garlic
  • 0.67 Tsps Spring onion
  • 0.67 Tsps Capsicum
  • 0.67 Tsps Red chilli sauce
  • 0.67 Tsps Soya sauce
  • 0.67 Tsps Tomato ketchup
  • 0.67 Teaspoon Red food colour
  • 0.33 Tsps Green chilli

Directions: Crispy Crunchy Red Chicken. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chicken marinated with 1/2 tea spoon salt,1/2 tea spoon Black papper, 1 table spoon lemon juice.Keep it in 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Another bowl taken corna starch 3 table spoons,3 table spoons maidas,salt and 1.5 cups add water little by little make batter. After 30 minutes heat the oil in a khadi on medium heat,fry chicken till golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Next steps add 2 table spoons oil in a khadi fry in low heat. Chopped garlic.spring onion, capsicum sallow fry nicely.Mixed with red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,soya sauce,salt,suger and2 pinchs of red food colour. Add 1.5 cups water and 1 table spoon corn flour mixes it well.Switch off the flame. Now Crispy crunchy red chicken is ready for serving.
