Butterscotch Bread Pudding is very tasty to eat and very easy to make. Made with Bread, Caramel Crunch and Butterscotch Sauce, this dish is amazing
STEP 2.First, spread 1/2 cup sugar in a pan . Then let it melt on low flame. When the sugar becomes caramel, then add dry fruits and mix immediately, take out in a greased plate. Make a coarse powder when it cools down (grate with a rolling pin)
STEP 3.Butterscotch Sauce :-
STEP 4. For sauce also, 1/3 cup of sugar has to be caramelized (to be allowed to melt) then turn off the gas. Add 1 tbsp butter and mix it well, the gas has to be kept off. Now add 1/2 cup cream slowly and mix it, once the mixer is collected, now turn on the gas and mix on low flame, now the mixture will melt.
STEP 5.Now let it boil for 1 minute, when it becomes a little thick, then take out half of the sauce in a bowl (this sauce will be thicker when it cools down). Let half of the sauce remain in the pan.
STEP 6.Now put 2 tbsp milk on low flame and let the sauce come to a boil, then turn off the gas, this slightly thin butterscotch sauce is ready.
STEP 7.Now the cream has to be whipped. While whipping, the thick sauce that is there will be mixed by adding it to the cream. The sauce has to be cooled completely and put in the cream. One table spoon of powdered sugar is also to be added. If it is already in the cream then do not put it.
STEP 8.Now take a tray, spread 3-4 spoons of thin sauce inside it, now put a layer of bread on it (cut off the brown part) Spread a little thin sauce on the bread, then put crunch on it and then whipped cream. Apply a thin layer. Now again apply another layer of bread and spread thin sauce again. Add crunches, then spread the cream well and add crunches again. Take Butterscotch Bread Pudding is ready.
