STEP 1.❤️Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder. Cover it & keep rest for at least 1hour.
STEP 2.❤️Heat oil in a pan & fry the marinated chicken pieces. Once it's done then take out from pan.
STEP 3.❤️ Fry bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, dry red chilli in the same oil. Add chopped onion,whole garlic cloves& green chilli-garlic paste.
STEP 4.❤️After few minutes add ginger paste,salt & all spices. Saute it till soft.
STEP 5.❤️Add fried chicken & mix it with spices.
STEP 6.❤️After 5 to 7 minutes add 2 glass of hot water. Cover it & let it boil.
STEP 7.❤️Once it's cooked add chopped coriander & switch of the flame.
STEP 8.❤️For smokey flavour, put a hot charcoal in a small bowl & add ghee in it. Put the bowl in chicken, cover it & keep rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 9.❤️After 10minutes it will be ready for serve.
