Ingredients for APPLE KHEER Recipe

  • 0.33 Kg Apple pulp
  • 0.33 Tablespoon small cup sugar
  • 0.33 Litre Milk full fat chilled
  • 0.67 Tablespoon condensed milk(homemade)
  • 0.67 Tablespoon milk powder tbspns
  • As Required Cherry
  • 0.67 Tablespoon n chopped almonds
  • 0.33 Tablespoon Ghee or vegan butter

Directions: Apple Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Grate the Apple in Grater.
  • STEP 2.2.Heat the grated apple in Ghee and dry the water.
  • STEP 3.3. Boil the milk and add milk powder and sugar to made the milk very denser.
  • STEP 4.4. Add grated apple in the milk and milk maid and boil it.
  • STEP 5.5. Prepare the Apple Kheer.
  • STEP 6.6.Garnish the Apple Kheer with Pieces of Apple, Cherry and Chopped Almonds.
