Baking soda and vinegar
This method of cleaning your tea strainer is effective and simple. Simply combine baking soda and vinegar in an equal amount in a bowl, and then soak your tea strainer for about an hour in the solution. After that, thoroughly rinse the strainer with water.
Boiling water
You may sanitise your strainer and remove any built-up residue by boiling water, which is a simple and efficient method. To remove any leftover dirt, scrape with a brush.
Lemon juice
Slice a lemon in half, then wipe the juice all over your strainer, paying special attention to any spots where buildup or stains are present. After letting the lemon juice sit for a while, rinse the strainer with water.
Toothbrush and dishwashing soap
In a bowl, combine some dishwashing soap and warm water. Soak the strainer there for a few minutes. After that, gently scrub the strainer with a toothbrush to get rid of any leftover material. After that, thoroughly rinse the strainer with water.
Cleaning tablets
Also, you can use these cleaning pills to clean the strainer. Place a denture tablet in a bowl of warm water. Put your tea strainer in the bowl and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. The effervescent action of the tablet will break down any residue. The strainer should be properly dried after a warm water rinse.
