Ingredients-
- 1 pint rum
- 1 pint ale
- 2 pints boiling water
- Sugar syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- Half pint brandy
- 20ml fruit punch (optional)
Do note that ale isn't readily available in India so make sure to replace ale with freshly brewed beer which will act as an ideal replacement to ale.
Method-
- First add rum, ale, brandy sugar syrup and lime juice.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients into a shaker, filled with ice and shake it well for a few seconds.
- Single strain it into a chilled cocktail glass and finish off with a zest of lemon if you’d like.
