As per reports released by the PTI, the food delivery app Zomato has launched their ‘Restaurant Services Hub’ on Thursday as a way to facilitate restaurant partners to expand their ventures. The pan-India feature, made accessible through the restaurant partner or dining application, has offered businesses services related to licensing, taxation, restaurant registration, trademarking, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) registrations and more. In addition to this, the food tech giant has also decided to provide restaurant businesses with hiring solutions which allow owners to consider outsourcing the process for smooth and seamless operations.
The new service has also accommodated an option that offers new employees a guarantee period of employment – catering to a whopping 3,200 restaurants so far. The new extension that spans countrywide operations is willing to lend a helping hand to all kinds of restaurants, no matter what their arrangement with Zomato has been thus far. This end-to-end solution service is aimed at helping food businesses overcome operational challenges, due to which they might even face difficulties in choosing the right location and identifying potential suppliers.
