Zomato’s CEO Deepinder Goyal decided to test the waters by turning a delivery executive for a day. He tagged his wife Grecia Munoz (Gia Goyal) along for a fun ride across Gurugram. He wore the uniform - a red T-shirt with the Zomato logo running on the right from top to bottom and carried the brand’s rectangular backpack.
Not only did the husband-wife duo deliver food to customers but they also posed with them. Deepinder Goyal was seen using his phone to test the features, and if food delivery is a seamless experience for the delivery executives.

Malls Need To Be Humans
Deepinder was not only testing features of Zomato and soaking in the delivery experience but also came across how malls discriminate against delivery executives. In his latest video, he mentioned that when he was at a mall to pick up the order, he was asked to enter from another entrance.
Later, Zomato’s CEO realised that he was asked to take the stairs. And malls also need to be more humane to delivery partners.” In the video, he was also seen sitting on the floor with fellow delivery executives near the staircase.
