Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes

1 small Onion

½ Carrot

2 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped

4 Tbsp Tamarind Date Chutney

4 Tbsp Mint Coriander Chutney

2 cups Puffed Rice

½ cup Sev

½ Lime Juice

Salt to taste

Chaat Masala to taste

Method: Cut the tomatoes into slices at least 3 mm thick. Chop the onions and carrots very finely. You can even grate them. Chopped coriander goes well with the onion and carrot. Make sure everything is completely combined after adding the lime juice. Spread the tomatoes out evenly across the platter. The tomato slices should be seasoned with salt and chaat masala. Put some tamarind date chutney and mint coriander chutney on each tomato slice. Put the carrot and onion mix on top of the tomato slices. Sprinkle sev on top of each tomato slice. Place the puffed rice on top of the tomato pieces and serve right away. The puffed rice will become soggy if you wait too long.
