For many of us, the day doesn't start without a cup of coffee. Be it traditional milk-infused coffee or black coffee to keep you awake for the finishing deadline, we all have a favourite style of coffee. Coffee was introduced to India by Baba Budan who smuggled those seven coffee beans into the country during seventeenth century and today, India is the sixth largest producer of coffee and has an exponential number of coffee lovers. Coffee as a beverage has quite a variety in different regions of the world, and naturally, it becomes obvious that there should be a day to celebrate this variety of coffee.
October 1 is observed as World Coffee Day. This day is a celebration of the coffee sector’s diversity, quality, and passion. And what's a better way to celebrate this special day than by flaunting your barista skills, demonstrating your love for coffee, and whipping unique and delicious coffee-based recipes?

1. Cold Coffee Cookie Crunch
Category: Cold Beverage
Your favourite thick cold coffee blend with ice cream and topped with whipped cream and crispy chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients:
- 120 ml milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 20 ml espresso
- 20 ml HCF - chocolate syrup
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 shot whipped cream
- 2 chocolate chip cookies
Method:
- Blend together milk, espresso, vanilla ice cream and ice cubes in Hamilton blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Take a pilsner glass pour HCF in bottom of the glass, pour mixture into it add 1 shot of whipped cream
- Take a cookie, break it into 2 pieces and keep top of the whipped cream
2. Cappuccino With Flavours

Your favourite Cappuccino with flavours
Serve Ware: Regular 170 (large 300 ml) Cappuccino cup
Ingredients:
- 120 ml milk
- 30 ml espresso
- 15 ml caramel Sauce / HCF (chocolate syrup/ Irish syrup/hazelnut syrup/ butter rum syrup/ gingerbread syrup/ vanilla syrup
Method:
- Take a pre-heated cappuccino cup.
- Make a fresh cappuccino and add 30 ml flavors on the top of coffee.
3. Swiss Hot Chocolate

Your favourite hot chocolate
Serve Ware: 300 ml Kenyan Mug
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 5 gm chocolate powder
- 20 ml HCF - chocolate syrup
Method:
- Take a milk steamer Add 2 sachet chocolate powder, milk and HCF.
- Steam all together up to 90 degrees, pour into Kenyan mug.
4. Flavour Frappe
Category: Cold Beverage
Your favorite cold coffee blended with ice -cream.
Serve Ware: 360 ml Pilsner glass or Linz glass
Ingredients:
- 150 ml milk
- 60 ml espresso
- 200 ml vanilla ice cream
- 20 ml hazelnut or Irish
- 20 ml HCF - chocolate syrup
- Chocolate chips to garnish
Method:
- Blend together milk, espresso, vanilla ice cream in Hamilton blender for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
- Take pilsner glass, Glaze glass with HCF add flavor and pour mixture into it.
- Garnish with Chocolate chips.
