Pyaz ki sabzi recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp each kalunji and saunf, hing pinch, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds & jeera each
3 sliced large onions
Salt to taste , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp each ( Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchoor powder)
Method: To make tadka, heat the oil in a skillet and add the spices. Add sliced onions and sauté with salt and haldi until translucent. Cover and continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes, or until soft. Uncover and continue cooking for another two minutes. Include all of the seasonings, thoroughly combine, and add a splash of water. Keep cooking for an additional three to four minutes, then sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve with roti and curd.
