Ingredients:
Potatoes (3 medium size)
Salt (as per your taste)
Oil (for sauté + drizzle)
Garlic (8-9 cloves nicely minced)
Chilli flakes (as per your taste)
Lemon juice
Coriander (handful)
Method:
Take the peeled potatoes and chop them into cubes.
Next, transfer them into the baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Sprinkle some oil and salt on the potato cubes.
Bake the potatoes until they are golden brown in colour.
In another pan, heat some oil and add minced garlic. Also add chilli flakes, lemon juice and some coriander.
Now add in the baked potatoes. Mix everything well. The batata hara are ready to be devoured.
