Amaury Guichon, a famous pastry chef hailing from the beautiful Swiss land has always known to be very creative when it comes to his culinary skills. He also posted an Instagram reel on his official handle, taking us quickly through the process of making the extraordinary dessert and this left the netizens speechless. He uploaded the video a day after the I-Day celebrations in the United States and captioned it saying, “Chocolate Statue of Liberty! 🗽My tallest one yet! 115lbs of chocolate for 7ft tall! Happy Independence Day weekend to you all! 🇺🇸”.

The majestic sculpture, which is seven feet tall used approximately 52 kgs of chocolate. Right from making the base to the golden flaming torch in the lady’s hand and the Declaration of Independence, he left no stone unturned. Each intricate detail was carefully embossed with chocolate. Later, he went on to cover it in edible teal green-like colour to give it an authentic look and feel.

The video has garnered about 4.4 million views in the last few days with about 479K likes and thousands of reactions. Infact, people are loving it so much that one chef requested that he should recreate the Eiffel Tower next.

This creation seems to be a special one for the chef himself since he mentioned his Youtube video caption that he had come to U.S. eight years ago and very recently, he became a citizen so this was his way to honour the country.
