Plant-based eating in today's world has grown beyond just a fad but a way of existence for most who want to contribute less to the environment or adopt a healthier diet. Roasted Vegetables with Herbs

Assemble everything in your baking dish and bake in your OTG at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. This is a great meal to have at a family get-together or dinner. 

Pizza

Craving for pizza, but don't feel like having cheese? A vegan pizza does just the trick and is somewhat easy to make in your OTG. Just roll out the pizza dough, spread a tomato-based sauce, and top it with your favourite veggies like bell peppers, olives, spinach, and onions. To give it a cheesy feel, you could add vegan mozzarella or just a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. Bake in an OTG at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is crispy and toppings are cooked. 

Baked Tofu Steaks

When tofu is baked to a crisp, golden perfection, it obtains a completely different dimension. Firm tofu cut into thick pieces should be marinated with soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of maple syrup, then baked in your OTG at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve these bits of tofu steak over rice or salad for a good vegan dose of protein. 

Vegan Brownies

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these rich, fudgy vegan brownies baked in your OTG. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, plant-based milk, and vegetable oil to prepare a batter. Pour it into a greased baking dish lined from the bottom and bake in your OTG at 175°C for 25-30 minutes. Allow it to cool; you will have a batch of gooey, decadent brownies that are totally dairy-free. 

Grilled Veggie Sandwiches

A hot, grilled sandwich can just be about everything for having a quick meal. Take whole-grain bread, and stuff it with layers of roasted vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, peppers, vegan pesto spread, or hummus. Grill in your OTG at a temperature of 200°C for 5-7 minutes until your bread becomes crispy and the filling is warm. It was an easy, wholesome, and healthy lunch or dinner option.
