Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh spinach/kale/2-3steaks celery
• 1/2 cup nut milk
• 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
• 1/2 banana
• 0.5 scoop Oats (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add spinach/kale/celery and the nut milk in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3.  Add fruit and blend again.As added tips, Oswal suggests using frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold. Weight watchers should feel free to swap the banana with a half avocado if you want to cut down the fruit sugar further.
