This spice-infused banana milkshake comes with the addition of clove, cinnamon stick and black pepper, making it a perfect immunity-boosting milkshake that would not only refresh you, but also keep seasonal infections at bay.
Cinnamon comes loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, while clove is known to boost immunity. Both of them are known to help fight free radical damage. Black pepper is also rich in Vitamin C, helps in boosting detoxification, promotes digestion and boosts immunity. A mix of these three with milk, blended with yoghurt, honey and banana makes for a yummy as well as nutritious glass of milkshake. Bananas are high in fibre, and when combined with milk, it can be your whole meal in itself for the morning meal.

Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 100 gm yoghurt
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 4 black peppers
- 30ml honey
- Chocolate flakes (for garnishing, optional)
Method:
1. Crush the spices, add milk to it and let it boil.
2. Let the milk cool down and strain it.
3. Add yoghurt and banana to the strained milk and blend it in a blender.
4. Now add the honey, stir and serve it cold in a glass.
5. You can garnish with chocolate flakes.
