Tried This Desi Version Of Viral Butter Board?

We all know that it just takes a single trend to take the internet by storm. And there is one trend that you’d ‘butter’ be careful of. Do you know what we are talking about?? Yes, you guessed it right. It’s the butter board trend that has folks slathering gobs of butter on cutting boards and dumping sauces, spices, fruits, and other stuff on top of the butter. People have gone crazy over this trend.

It began when food content creator Justine Doiron posted her idea and the concept gained over 8 million views. Can you imagine? She credits chef and author Joshua McFadden for the original idea, but since she brought the dish into the limelight, the internet has been eating it up. Since the trend got viral, we saw so many butter board avatars but the one we are going to show will absolutely steal your heart. This is not the butter board you have been seeing lately but a desi version.

Chef Saransh Goila has never failed to amaze us with his new and innovative food ideas. Like every other time, he once again shared a video on his Instagram account and made a chaat board for the coming Diwali party. He made the viral butter board much healthier and much desi. Chef Goila took to Instagram and wrote “The viral Butter Board but done the desi way. It's incredible how healthy it is in comparison to all that butter and with papdi or crackers you can keep diving into chaat at a Diwali party 🥳🎉 I think this will feature in all my Diwali parties this season. Who will try? Make sure that curd is hung really well and your chaat board will be #delishaaas.”
