We don’t think we mind calling “The City Beautiful” as “The City Delicious” too. Punjabis are known to be fun-loving, generous and hard-core foodies. Their vibrant personality and aura is what makes them the life of the party and social bees. On my recent trip to Chandigarh, we loved the food we had there. Right from their butter chicken to naans and parathas, the city is full of yummy food. Chandigarh is the twin capital of both Punjab and Haryana and is the most peaceful city to live in. The broad roads, the lush greenery and the non-polluted air provide its residents with the ideal living conditions.
There’s a beautiful and serene Sukhna Lake, then there’s Rock Garden and a mesmerizing Rose garden for you to soak in the beauty of nature. You also have the popular Elante mall which is a great hangout place with a game zone, food and the best brands. When it comes to food, there is no one who can do it better than the Punjabis and well, kukkad ke bina unka kaam nahi chalta.
