Tofu Noodle Recipe – A Healthy Meal In 15 Minutes

  • 200 grams tofu
  • One packet boiled noodles
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 7-8 chopped garlic cloves
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring onion for garnishing
  • Butter 
  • Chilli oil 

Method 

  • First dice your tofu into even cubes. 
  • Heat up a pan and add butter to it. 
  • Now, slowly add the tofu cubes one by one and cook them till they are light golden on both sides.
  • Remove the tofu pieces and in the same pan add some chili oil.
  • Next, add the chopped garlic cloves and cook till they are golden and you get a nice aroma out of them.
  • Add your boiled noodles and mix well.
  • Put in the soy sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  • Cook on medium flame till the noodles have absorbed every spice and the chili oil.
  • Now, add the tofu cubes into the noodles and give it a good mix.
  • Cook on high flame for a couple of minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Garnish your noodles with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve hot.
