Ingredients
- 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
- 3 drops of orange blossom water
- Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Sprig of rosemary (to garnish)
- Orange twist (to garnish)
Method
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add the coarse sea salt, orange blossom water (using a pipette or teaspoon), and the Sipsmith London Dry Gin.
- Top with Tonic Water.
- Place two rosemary sprigs in your palm and clap to release the oils, then add to the glass to garnish.
- Finish by squeezing your orange twist over your glass to express the fragrant oils.

- 35ml Roku
- 25ml Rhubarb Liqueur
