In this video uploaded by the food blogger @thisisdelhi we can see a Moradabadi street vendor making one of the city's best comfort foods: dal ki chaat. The vendor is seen adding pressure-cooked dal along with some butter to a vessel and cooking it to bring it to a thicker consistency. He then serves this dal with some butter, jeera powder, garam masala, paneer, lemon juice, dal khurchan and some papdi for crunch. The vendor sells the chaat for ₹40 in front of Chaddha Complex, Buddh Bazaar, Moradabad.
