Margarita is a divine concoction of citrus juice, natural sweeteners or syrup, which is fortified with base spirits. This is probably one of the simplest cocktails that can be made by anyone without much hassle. Therefore, today we bring you the recipe of pineapple margarita. As you can easily guess, the primary sweetener involves the juicy pineapple which is an exotic summer fruit that will surely refresh you with its sweet tropical flavours. Margarita doesn’t involve a bunch of ingredients or skills which makes it a perfect drink to enjoy in this sweltering weather. Pineapple margarita can be made at home in a jiffy and could also easily become a crowd puller if you are hosting a party. So, without further ado here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pineapple, roughly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 lime slice
  • 2-3 Ice cubes
  • salt for rim of glass

Preparations:

1. Blend the pineapple slices in the blender until it becomes smooth in texture.

2. In a large pitcher, add the blended pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec and tequila. Stir all the ingredients well until they are combined. If needed you can also adjust the quantity of the given liquors according to your needs.

3. On the rim of the glass rub the lime slice. Then dip the glass in the salt. You can also dip it in salt-chilli mixture as well.

4. In the same glass, add the ice cubes then pour the prepared pineapple margarita.
