In this recipe, we are going to substitute the orange juice with carrot juice to put a unique spin on the mimosa! If you’re scared that this drink could taste vegetable-y, then let us put your fears to rest once and for all. This is a tried and tested recipe, and those who love the idea of drinking healthy juices may especially enjoy the awesome taste of this cocktail.
Got some sparkling wine and carrot juice in a box? Then, get drinking! You may also make this cocktail with freshly squeezed carrot juice. We highly recommend making carrot juice from scratch, if you have free time. Later, you may also top the mimosa with dried rosemary for that woody aroma.
Here’s how you can make your very own carrot mimosa, or as we call it — the bugs bunny mimosa! A mimosa recipe calls for equal parts juice and equal parts wine. You may increase how much wine to add if you wish, but remember that you don’t have to stir the cocktail. The wine may become flat. Also, the addition of triple sec is optional. Follow the steps below —

- 1/2 glass of carrot juice
- 1/2 glass of sparkling wine
- Chopped rosemary
- 1 tablespoon triple sec
METHOD
- Fill a champagne flute with dried rosemary.
- Pour chilled wine.
