Guilt-Free and Healthy Ferrero Rocher
This healthy version of Ferrero Rocher tastes like the real thing and maybe even more delicious and satisfying. Apart from being a healthy treat, it could also be a perfect pre- and post-workout snack because of its high protein content. Here’s how you can make it.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts + 4 for center
- ½ cup dates (pitted and soaked in water)
- ¼ cup water (in which the dates were soaked)
- 4 tbsp vegan protein (chocolate)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
Method
- Add 1 cup of roasted hazelnuts, soaked dates, chocolate protein, and cocoa powder in a food processor.
- Add water from soaked dates and blend everything together.
- Take them out and make a flat pancake.
- Place a full hazelnut in the center and roll it into a ball.
- Let it set in the freezer for like 25 to 30 mins.
- Next, melt the chocolate and roll the ball into the chocolate.
- Crush the remaining hazelnut and sprinkle it over before keeping it for setting.
- Let it set for 60 mins and dig in
Frozen Yogurt Peanut Butter Cups
These frozen peanut butter cups will become your absolute favourite when you try them. Super easy to make, these peanut butter cups come with several nutrients and are also delicious. Made with just three ingredients, this is something you should definitely try.
Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt
- Melted Dark Chocolate
- Peanut Butter
Method
- Begin by melting some dark chocolate and pour it into the bottom of a cupcake liner.
- Let it freeze for some time.
- Then, add some Greek yogurt and keep it back in the freezer.
- After some time, take it out and top it again with peanut butter.
- Freeze it again.
- Take it out the last time and top it with crushed peanuts and Himalayan salt.
Cinnamon Protein Bites
Yet another super easy and quick treat is cinnamon protein bites, the recipe of which was shared by fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala on her Instagram account. Not just it is delicious but also vegan as well is gluten and dairy-free. What else do you want?
Ingredients
- ¼ cup protein powder
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 5 tbsp desiccated coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method
- Take a bowl and add protein powder.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, desiccated coconut flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Combine everything together and make a dough.
- Make small balls from the dough.
- Then, roll them into the cinnamon and coconut flour mix.
- Refrigerate for 10 mins
