These coffee concentrates blend well with water, milk, tonic, lemons, or orange juice and can be used to make cocktails and mocktails.
1. Cafe Rojo Frio
Ingredients:
- 30 ml coffee concentrate
- 30 ml añejo tequila
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
- Dash of orange bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice
Method:
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice
- Combine all ingredients in the glass
- Stir to incorporate all ingredients
- Garnish with an orange peel
- Enjoy!

2. TSB Dark 'n' Stormy
Ingredients:
- 60 ml coffee concentrate
- 60 ml dark rum
- 100 ml ginger beer
- 15 ml lime juice
- Lime wedge (optional)
- Ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker
- Fill shaker with ice and shake
- Empty in a glass filled with ice
- Top up with ginger beer
- Stir
- Garnish with lime wedge
- Enjoy!

3. Dirty Negroni
Ingredients:
- 60 ml coffee concentrate
- 30 ml gin
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
