4. 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
5. 2 egg
6. 10 leaves cabbage
7. 1 medium chopped onion
8. 1 cup ground chicken boneless
9. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
10. 1/4 cup chopped carrot
11. 3 tablespoon sesame oil
12. salt as required

2. Add cooked rice, chopped spring onions, carrots, and fish sauce once the chicken has finished cooking. After cooking for 5-7 minutes, crack the eggs. Stir everything together thoroughly. Cook until finished, then turn off the heat.
3. Three spoonfuls of filling should be placed in the centre of one full cabbage leaf before it is rolled up like a burrito, enclosing the ends. Use all the cabbage leaves to make rolls.
4. The rolls should be placed in a greased baking dish, covered with foil, and baked for 20 minutes. Serve the heated rolls with the dip of your choice once they have baked. Enjoy!
