INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tablespoons of rooh afza syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons of khus syrup
1/2 bowl of vermicelli
1 tablespoon of basil seeds
1/2 cup of milk
1 scoop of pistachio ice cream
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 scoop of mango ice cream
Ice cubes
Dry fruits (optional)
METHOD
In a tall glass, pour ice cubes, khus syrup followed by rooh afza syrup.
Fill half of the glass with milk, vermicelli and basil seeds. Stir properly.
Now layer pistachio, vanilla and mango ice cream, on top of each other.
You may garnish with dry fruits.
Serve.
