And this season inspired by the regions of India the team at 1911 has curated the special Summer Cocktails Collection Menu that is a true reflection of the fusion of sensibility, taste and origin of hand-picked ingredients from various regions of India. From Kashmir to Kerala, the menu features Slings from multiple states, Paloma collection and Summer Classics brewed to perfection. making. Each cocktail sees the presence of seasonal fruits like pineapple, cucumber, mangoes, and watermelon, and mixologist Yogesh Kumar has created a vivid colour palette in each glass. 

From the refreshing Karnataka sling with watermelon, and Himalayan sling filled with a burst of citrus flavours to the Manipur sling with vetiver and Kerala sling heightened with coconut, every concoction is a piece of the tasteful culture where it belongs to, served in a glass. Cafe Chocolate Mandarin Paloma and A Bespoke Experience with Caiprinha, make the menu exotic with some of the finest spirits. The flavours also combine Rum-soaked Coconut, Aloe & Amla, Mango and Rose with an array of garnishes like dried lemon, fresh mango, sliced cucumber and more. And yes not just cocktials but each can be crarefuly crafted with some delectable finger foods like Pulled Lamb and Goat cheese balls, Badami Matar ki Tikkii, Rogani murgh tikka, Dahi Ke Kebab, Duck & Chive.

  • 120 ml- Fresh orange juice
  • 25 ml- Lime juice
  • 15 ml- Honey

Method

  • Take a shaker.
  • Add all the ingredients.
  • Shake all the ingredients together with ice.
  • Strain in a sling glass over ice.

Café Chocolate Mandarin Paloma

  • 40 ml -Tequila
  • 20 ml-Crème de cacao dark
  • 20 ml-Fresh Mandarin juice
  • 20 ml-Passoa liqueur
  • 20 ml-Espresso
  • 01 no.-Classic Tonic

Garnish

    01no.- Mandarin wedge

Method  

  • Take a shaker.
  • Add all the ingredients.
