Spiced Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin puree
- 200 gm all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Method
- Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, pumpkin puree, and eggs. Mix well.
- Now, add melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Whisk all the ingredients together and pour it into a greased baking tray.
- Bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Top the cake with fresh cream, sugar and a little cinnamon powder.
Plum Cake
Ingredients
- A handful of dry fruits
- ½ cup tum
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- Little vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method
- Soak the dry fruits in rum for 5 to 6 hours.
- Take a bowl and all-purpose flour.
- Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Whisk the batter and add rum-soaked dry fruits.
- Mix well and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Coffee Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tsp coffee
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup milk
Method
- Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla essence, and milk.
- Mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Top with nuts and serve!
