Sweet Macaroni Chaat: A Heavenly Combination That You Might Have Not Imagined

 INGREDIENTS 


- 1 cup boiled macaroni  

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 

- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar 

- 2 teaspoons of black pepper 

- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 

- 1/2 cup of shallow-fried peanuts    

METHOD  

  1. In a pot of hot water, douse the macaroni.  
  2. Cook the macaroni, until very soft.  
  3. Once the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat.  
  4. Drain the macaroni thoroughly. Allow it to cool down in a bowl.  
  5. Now, add vinegar, powdered sugar, black pepper and salt to the macaroni bowl. Toss, until combined properly.  
  6. Refrigerate the macaroni for 2-3 hours.  
  7. Next, in a pan, pour oil and heat it on medium flame.  
  8. Toss some unsalted peanuts in the oil.  
  9. Once the peanuts begin to crackle, they’ll release an aroma. This means that they are ready.  
  10. Toss peanuts in macaroni. 
  11. Serve.
