Ingredients
For Crust:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 5 tbsp butter (melted)
For Pie Filling:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 3-4 drops of vanilla essence
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
For Topping:
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry gelatin
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cups strawberries (hulled)

Instructions:
- To begin this pie recipe, first preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a bowl, graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Give a good mix to all these ingredients.
- Once it is done, take a 9-inch pie dish and firmly spread the crumb mixture into the bottom and up sides of a pie dish.
- Transfer the dish to the oven and bake at 350 degrees celsius for 7-9 minutes. Remove this from the oven and keep aside to cool for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pie filling, take a mixer, and beat the cream cheese until it smoothes in the texture. Now add vanilla essence, powdered sugar and continue to remix it.
- In a separate bowl, add whip cream, mix this also until it soft peaks. Transfer the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and give a gentle one stir in a clockwise direction. (don’t cut the form/ air from the cheese mixture)/
- Take a baked crust, carefully spread the whipped cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Take a small saucepan, add cornstarch and water solution, ¼ cup of sugar, strawberry gelatin, and lemon juice. Cover the pan and simmer it on low heat, continuously stir until it starts to thicken.
- When it is done, remove it from the heat and cool for 10-15 minutes. Then add chopped or sliced strawberries to the pan and stir to coat.
- Take out the whipped cheese crust from the fridge, and pour glazed strawberries over the pie. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Your strawberry and cream cheese pie is ready.
