Suhana Khan was recently in Goa with her friends, and unlike every other youngster’s Goa trip, hers too included some lovely time on the beach and great food. King Khan SRK’s daughter, who is about to make her acting debut with "Archies", where she is playing the character of Veronica, is gaining popularity amongst netizens for her sense of fashion as well as her charismatic social media presence. What fans really like about her is that she is candid in her posts. Similarly, her Goa dump is relatable too, especially the pictures of food that she posted.

In the snap, we can see that Suhana is enjoying a lavish platter that looks like a wholesome breakfast or brunch meal. Two tall glasses of coffee, filled to the brim with ice, were just what the starlet needed in the Goan weather. It makes us want to pour ourselves a chilled glass of cold coffee! The cool beverage is definitely super refreshing and perfect to start your day on an energised note, which is what Suhana and her girl gang needed on a day when they explored the scenic beauty of Goa. Here is a simple recipe if you ant to enjoy cold coffee at home.

Moving on from the drinks, there were three different types of open toasts on the table, each looking heavenly. It is said that Suhana likes to eat healthy and prefers having toast with an egg and a glass of milk for breakfast. And in Goa, three varieties of sourdough toast filled up the breakfast table, apart from the iced coffees.

One generous slice of sour dough seemed like a sweet toast that was topped with berries, nuts, fruits, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup, making us drool. Among the savoury toasts, one had a delightful topping of the classic eggs benedict with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper, which looked ready to be devoured by the group. The other toast was topped with a creamy filling of scrambled eggs garnished with paprika, toasted black sesame seeds, and chickpeas to complement the crunchy texture of the toast.

And that is not all! The spread also included a healthy salad made with lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes to complement the toasts. Everything about the meal screams comfort, health, and taste—all at the same time. If we had to curate the perfect vacation brunch for ourselves, we would, without a second thought, pluck a leaf out of Suhana’s diary and enjoy cold coffee, toast, and salad.
