Ingredients needed to make Chili Tofu
- 200 grams tofu
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 whole red chilli
- 1 thick green chilli (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 capsicum (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 small bowl chilli sauce
- 1/2 small bowl tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste

How to make chilli tofu?
- First, mix the tofu and cornflour in a bowl.
- Place a pan on low flame and put oil in it to heat.
- When the oil is hot, fry the tofu in it till it becomes light golden. If the tofu is fried, then turn off the flame.
- Now again, keep the oil in the pan for heating.
- Once the oil is hot, add red chilli, garlic and green chilli to fry.
- After that, add capsicum and fry and then add chilli sauce, tomato sauce on top.
- Now add fried tofu to it and mix it well.
Chili Tofu is ready. Either serve it as a snack or starter for your meal.
