If you haven’t tried this iced coffee mocha yet, you aren’t caffeinated enough. Whip up this drink at home and we bet you’ll forget Starbucks and Café Coffee Day.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- 4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup drinking chocolate powder
- Chocolate curls (garnish)
- Whipped cream
Adding milk makes gives it a frothy texture
- Take some milk and drinking chocolate powder in A container.
- Whisk them constantly over A medium flame.
- Do this till you get a chocolaty syrup-like consistency.
- In a cup, take some coffee powder and add warm water to it. This will give you an expresso shot.
- Since you need cold coffee, refrigerate it till it cools down.
- Take your coffee glass, add the chocolate mixture, cold coffee and some more milk. Stir it well.
- Pop in some ice cubes and top it with whipped cream.
- Drizzle some chocolate curls and serve chilled.
Pro Tip: If you want to drink it right away and don’t have any cold coffee, brewing the coffee in water over medium heat and add some ice cubes to it. It will bring down the temperature of the coffee to normal.
