Actor Sonu Sood - who is known for his performances as well as his philanthropic work, especially for his social service during the Covid-19 lockdown - is also a sensation on social media. It is after all, through these online platforms that he reached out to the migrant workers and the needy during the crisis. However, that’s not all that he does on his social media. The actor also has an impeccable penchant for cooking and feeding. Remember, when he doled out hot tandoori rotis like a pro from his home tandoor, and invited everyone over to ‘Sonu Da Dhaba’? In his most recent collaboration with TikToker and viral content creator Khaby Lame, he can be seen serving the latter some fresh fruit juice, and what happens later will leave you in splits
The collaboration between Sonu and Khaby is an unlikely one. For the uninitiated, Khaby is the same creator, who reacts to internet hacks and tutorials by doing the same task in a more straightforward, conventional manner, and ending the video with his signature eye roll. Khaby’s funny videos have gone viral on many occasions, but since it is his first collaboration with Sonu, his desi fans cannot contain their excitement.
In the video, Sonu can be seen holding a jug filled with juice. Before pouring it into his own glass, he proceeds to pour the juice into Khaby’s glass. He pours the remaining juice into his glass when Khaby tries to grab Sonu’s glass. However, Sonu is also determined that Khaby enjoys the full glass, while he settles for the half glass. After a good two seconds, Khaby pulls out the straw from Sonu’s glass, puts it in his glass, and sips on, making Sonu realise that the fight wasn’t ever for the glass, to begin with, it was for the straw.
