  1. Take 12 pieces of kokum. 

  • Next take one coconut, coriander leaves, kadi patta leaves and half teaspoon of mustard seeds. 

  • Now soak kokum in a glass of water for an hour. Whilst, prepare coconut milk by grating the coconut and putting it in 2-3 glasses of water according to the quantity of grated coconut. 

  • Also grind the coconut with water, strain it. Your coconut milk will be ready! 

  • After taking kokum out of the water, we will grind and strain it too. 

  • The tangy juice of kokum has to be mixed with coconut milk.  

  • Now take a pan, pour one teaspoon of oil and add mustard seeds to it. Once they get crinkled, turn off the stove. Then finally add kadi patta leaves.

    There you are! Your drink is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves for a delightful sensational experience.
