Powered by Goldiee Masale and Vikram Tea, this food festival is all about celebrity and master chefs sharing secrets for cooking delicious Indian and fusion delights. From November 30 to December 1, 2024, you will get a chance to meet and interact with masters of the Indian culinary landscape  – Harpal Singh Sokhi, Kunal Kapur, Nishant Choubey, Kamaldeep Kaur, and Gurkirat Singh. Join us at JLN Stadium, New Delhi, for this unique food extravaganza where you will be doing nothing but treating your taste buds with mouth-watering delights.

Great Indian Cookout In New Delhi

On November 30, 2024, Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Partner Chef Sansai and Food Consultant, will conduct a workshop and teach you how to make healthy and delicious Beetroot Kebabs using the finest nuts from American Pecans. Next, you will learn how to cook lip-smacking pasta using Ebro Pasta, purple potatoes, and truffle oil in the masterclass led by Chef Nishant Choubey, Chef Owner, BHAANAS, Delhi; Chef Partner, Street Storyss, Bengaluru; Consulting Chef, Rani, New Jersey, USA.

But it won’t just be cooking workshops, you will also witness home chefs facing off with each other in unique culinary contests. Some will be adding a twist to a popular Mumbai snack while others will be asked to prepare desserts using a unique ingredient. 

The day will culminate in a panel discussion with Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Celebrity Chef and Restaurateur, and Chef Nishant Choubey. You must wait if you want to learn something new and get free cooking tips from both the culinary masters.

December 1, 2024, will begin with a masterclass by Chef Gurkirat Singh, Lawyer turned Chef and a popular face from MasterChef India, in which he will walk the audience through how to prepare the best version of a Samosa Chaat for a kitty party or gathering at home. But that’s not all, he will also be conducting a second workshop to share some hacks to prepare winter-special Gajar Ka Halwa quickly while maintaining its texture and taste.

If you are a home baker always searching for new recipes to try, don’t miss the cooking workshop by Chef Kamaldeep Kaur, MasterChef India Season 7 Finalist, because she will provide you with a step-by-step guide to prepare a fusion Tres Leches Cake.
