Ingredients for amrood ki chutney:
- 2 guava
- 2-3 green chilli
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp jaggery
- ¾ cup mint leaves
- ¾ cup coriander leaves
- 1-inch ginger
- ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds
- Salt, per taste
How To Make Guava Chutney?
- To begin making this guava chutney, first, peel and cut them into large pieces.
- Warm some oil in a pan or pot and saute guava pieces; add a pinch of salt and cook for 5-7 minutes. Once it is done, keep it aside to cool.
- Now take a blender or mixer, add the guava pieces, coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, jaggery, green chilli, and blend all the ingredients. Make a fine paste.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. Add salt and lemon juice.
Your amrood chutney is ready; serve this with paratha, puri, or roti.
