As most of Bollywood’s celebrities attended the Ambani-Merchant pre-wedding celebrations in Portofino, mother-daughter duo Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt decided to also head on their European holiday to enjoy some Italian hospitality and spend some time basking in the sun. Sharing glimpses of their gorgeous summer holiday from the city of Milan, Soni posted a series of pictures where they were seen sipping on glasses of white wine, in the company of friends.
Keeping the snacking and eating as engaging and fun as their time spent sampling the wines and beer, the two ladies nibbled on bites of fresh bread as well as relished chips with a herby dip. While Shaheen shared an image of two pizzas – a Neapolitan-style Margherita topped with fresh basil and another one which had toppings such as artichokes, Nduja sausage, basil leaves and olives. Soni also shared a beautiful dish of grilled mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, grapes, citrus segments and a sauce of some kind. Both, Shaheen and Soni also enjoyed a dessert topped with a berry compote and fresh berries during one of their dinners.

Captioning her series of pictures saying, “Of sisters and daughters, family and food,and the most exquisite locations in the world,” Soni expressed her contentment at being able to have a few precious moments with family. Donning their tourist hat and going sight-seeing around the city also included visiting the Piazza Del Duomo, the two foodies seemed to have a great time unwinding and enjoying the down time!
